Race will start at the Sunflower building at Sedgwick County Park. With access to the building and coffee and hot cocoa to keep you warm if necessary.
The sad reality of too many dogs and cats
We melt at the sight of a curious puppy or helpless kitten. But what happens after the newness wears off and friends have picked through the litter — what about the animals that don’t find homes?
The high cost of getting pets fixed is the single biggest obstacle preventing people from taking this responsible step. But it costs a community far more to catch, house, euthanize and dispose of surplus pets. Spay-Neuter Kansas delivers a proven solution: low-cost programs that address the problem at the source. But we need your help.
